- New customer generation: Actively target, prospect and develop new customers for the aftersales teams. This will include the need to cold call.
- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Understand their business objectives, service and maintenance requirements, and provide personalized aftersales solutions.
- Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the service function. Educate clients on the benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiation and closing understanding of hourly rates, appropriate discount rates, including parts discount rates.
- Pipeline management: Manage sales pipeline and effectively prioritize activities to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Utilize market and colleague insights to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional customer communication and service before, during, and after the sales process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as finance, parts, aftersales service teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Proven track record of success in either aftersales service or selling in a service environment in a related field.
- Strong understanding of aftersales service environment, services, and competitors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive can-do attitude

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
