Location: Norwich, GB, NR3 2BT
Monday to Friday - 0830hrs to 1630hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch)1 in 4 Saturday morning 0700hrs to 1200hrs @ overtime (time and a half)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor to join our team at Volvo Truck and Bus in Norwich. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to support our busy parts department.
Trainee applications are welcome — full training will be provided for the right candidate
What we are looking for?
- Previous motor factor, automotive, HGV, or commercial vehicle parts experience
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Good communication skills
- Basic IT skills
- Interest in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
The role
- Supplying parts to workshop technicians and retail customers
- Identifying parts using manufacturer systems
- Processing orders, invoices, and payments
- Managing stock control and goods inward
- Maintaining excellent relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring accurate record keeping and system updates
