Parts Advisor – Hayes
Salary: U£14 per hour + 10% Quarterly Bonus!
Saturday @ overtime – 1 in 3 Saturdays 0700hrs to 1300hrs (other overtime available)
Join the team at Volvo Truck and Bus Hayes, part of one of the most respected brands in the commercial vehicle industry. We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to support our busy operation, ensuring our customers and technicians get the parts and service they need, every time.
Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Rotating shift: 0600hrs to 1430hrs/1230hrs to 2100hrs
1 in 3 Saturday mornings 0700 – 12300 at overtime, time and a half

Who are you?
- Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Assistant (automotive, truck, or bus industry preferred)
- hold full driving licence
- Confident communicator with great organisational and IT skills
- A proactive team player who takes pride in delivering quality service
- Knowledge of Volvo systems or commercial vehicle parts is an advantage
What will you be doing
- Handling parts enquiries from retail customers, workshop, and trade accounts
- Ordering, receiving, and issuing parts accurately and efficiently
- Managing stock levels and maintaining up-to-date records
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Delivering excellent customer service in line with Volvo standards
