Job Title: Business Manager
Salary: Competitive plus an excellent benefits package
Location: East Region sales territory (covering customers close to our branches in Sheffield, Lincoln, Grimsby, Hull, Boston and Spalding)

- Design and deliver tailored asset finance solutions to meet customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives in line with business goals and implement the Scania Financia Service sales strategy throughout your territory
- Proactively manage the dealer region, collaborating closely to promote and generate finance solutions that drive vehicle sales.
- Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, prospects, customers, advisors, and vendors to foster long-term success.
- Enhance the finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through guidance and support.
- Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales campaigns that align with strategic objectives.
- Participate in and contribute to dealer sales meetings to strengthen partnerships and boost sales performance.
