"The Nantwich Show has been an annual feature of the South Cheshire events calendar since 1897.

From humble beginnings as a very small cheese show in the grounds of St Joseph's School (now the site of Elim Church & Regents Park Business Centre) to the largest one-day agricultural day out in the UK, the Nantwich Show has welcomed hundreds of thousands of visitors and animals over the years.

"Back to its former glory the Royal Lancashire Agricultural Show is taking place once again on the stunning Salesbury Hall Estate, near to the historic village of Ribchester, alongside the River Ribble.

The three-day show celebrates agriculture, farming, food, local crafts, showing, show jumping and much more.

We are delighted to welcome the much-loved Heavy Horses back to the show.

Beekeeping is another addition this year.

 Ackworth Events, John holds events on the Water Tower field, mainly historic vehicle shows.

The gates open Saturday 15th July at 10am and the show will go on whatever the weather. Too much hard work goes into preparation from all involved to cancel - not just the organisers either. 

People come from all over the Country to attend and we are very honoured. It is our pleasure to accommodate.

"The Great Eccleston Show is a two day event and is a showcase for every aspect of rural endeavour and the whole range of crafts and skills associated with the country. With cooking, handicraft, horticulture and local arts, this north west agricultural show is a big attraction to townspeople and country folk alike. We have classes for Shire horses, sheep, pigs and poultry, light horses, goats, tractor-pulling and a ‘companion’ dog show. Traditional rural crafts can be seen alongside the latest in agricultural technology.

"The Penrith Agricultural Society was formed in 1833 with the Society promoting the first Penrith Show the following year. This took place on Friday, 26th September, the venue being a field adjoining Croft House, Penrith. Since then the Society has grown in size and prominence now operating from its current site at Brougham Hall Farm, (by kind permission of the Mr CTA Helme) on the third Saturday in July each year, with the 2023 show being on 15th July.

 | Join us for an evening Truck Convoy, (watch, or participate!) and then straight into a full weekend of live music with fantastic musicians, stalls, stands, displays, fun fair, children's area with the only full size inflatable truck in the UK, face painting and food halls!

 We also have a lovely lounge bar where you can enjoy the evening sun setting over the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside.

"Essex County’s Premier Agricultural Event. Attracting in the region of 20,000 visitors the Show welcomes people of all ages and interests, so come and join the fun!

The Show is organised by Tendring Hundred Farmers’ Club with a hard working committee of 20 volunteers building to over 250 volunteer stewards on Show day. Established in 1899, this year will be the 107th Tendring Show!
